Handmade and mixed-material items may naturally vary slightly. Such variations are not
considered defects.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
• Payment must be completed through approved payment methods at checkout.
VEARO shall not be liable for pricing errors caused by technical issues.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent
• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Request additional verification for certain orders (including COD)
If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these
Terms.
Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, transit responsibility
lies with the logistics provider.
VEARO shall not be liable for:
• Courier delays
• Transit loss or theft
• Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier
In delivery disputes, we will assist but final resolution depends on courier investigation.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, which forms
an integral part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
• Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
• Deny refunds in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity
• Limit or refuse returns from accounts exhibiting repeated abuse
All return decisions made after quality inspection shall be final.

payment gateways and logistics partners.
