Return, refund and exchange policy.

At VEARO, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We are 
committed to addressing genuine concerns fairly while maintaining strict 
quality and fraud-prevention standards. 
Please review this policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange.

1. RETURN WINDOW 
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. 
Return or exchange requests made after 5 calendar days from delivery will not 
be accepted under any circumstances.

 
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 
To qualify for a return or exchange: 
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition 
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact 
• The invoice or proof of purchase must be available 
• The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery 
Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or alteration will not be 
eligible. 


3. VALID RETURN SCENARIOS 
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases: 
• Incorrect product received 
• Product arrived damaged 
• Verified manufacturing defect 
Clear photos and/or an unboxing video must be provided at the time of raising 
the request. 
Failure to provide adequate proof may result in rejection of the request. 


4. NON-RETURNABLE CASES 
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations: 
• Change of mind 
• Size or fit issues 
• Personal preference (color, design, style) 
• Minor color differences due to screen variations 
• Sale or discounted items 
• Gift cards 
• Products without original packaging or tags 
• Requests made after the 5-day window

 
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 
To initiate a return or exchange, email: 
info@vearoindia.com 
Include: 
• Order number 
• Reason for return 
• Clear images or video proof (if applicable) 
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

 
6. RETURN PROCESS & PICKUP 
If the return request is approved: 
• Reverse pickup will be arranged in serviceable areas. 
• In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship the 
product. 
Products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage. 

7. QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL 
All returned products undergo mandatory quality inspection. 
If the returned product: 
• Shows signs of use, wear, or tampering 
• Is missing original packaging or tags 
• Does not match the originally dispatched item 
• Contains a different or counterfeit item 
• Is returned empty 
The return will be rejected. 
The decision of the VEARO quality team shall be final. 

8. REFUND METHOD 
If the return is approved: 
• Refunds will be issued as Store Credit (Credit Note) 
• Store credit will be valid for 3 months from issuance 
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash 
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error 
was on our part 
Refund processing timeline: 
• Inspection: 2–3 business days after receipt 
• Store credit issuance: 5–7 business days after approval 

9. EXCHANGES 
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
If the requested product, size, or variant is unavailable, store credit will be 
issued instead. 

10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS 
VEARO reserves the right to implement verification procedures for COD 
orders. 
If a COD order is: 
• Refused at delivery without valid reason 
• Marked Return to Origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or customer 
unavailability 
We reserve the right to: 
• Disable COD for future orders 
• Require prepaid payment for subsequent purchases 
• Recover re-shipping charges before re-dispatch 
Repeated COD refusal may result in account restrictions. 

11. FRAUD PREVENTION & RETURN ABUSE 
To prevent misuse: 
• All orders are documented during packing and dispatch 
• Returned parcels are recorded during inspection 
If fraudulent activity is suspected, VEARO reserves the right to: 
• Reject the return 
• Block the customer account 
• Pursue appropriate action under applicable law 
VEARO may limit or refuse returns from accounts exhibiting repeated return 
abuse. 

12. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product: 
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery 
• Provide clear visual evidence 
Claims raised beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.

 13. IMPORTANT NOTE 
This policy is designed to: 
• Protect genuine customers 
• Maintain product hygiene and quality 
• Prevent operational misuse 
VEARO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the 
conditions stated above.
