SHIPPING POLICY

At VEARO, we are committed to delivering your orders securely and efficiently. 
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. 

1. ORDER PROCESSING 
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful 
confirmation. 
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the 
next working day. 
• Order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. All orders are subject 
to internal verification, stock availability, and risk assessment. 
VEARO reserves the right to cancel or delay any order if required for 
operational or security reasons. 

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE 
We currently ship across serviceable locations within India. 
If your location is deemed non-serviceable by our courier partners, we reserve 
the right to cancel the order. In case of prepaid orders, a full refund will be 
issued. 

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE 
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, 
depending on the delivery location. 
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to: 
• Remote or restricted areas 
• Courier partner delays 
• Weather conditions 
• Public holidays 
• Operational disruptions 
VEARO does not guarantee fixed delivery dates. 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES 
Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout 
before payment. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is solely 
attributable to VEARO (e.g., incorrect item dispatched). 

5. ORDER TRACKING 
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or 
SMS. 
Customers are responsible for: 
• Tracking shipments 
• Ensuring availability at the delivery address 
• Providing accurate contact details 
Failure to receive delivery due to incorrect information may result in Return to 
Origin (RTO). 

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) 
COD availability may vary based on: 
• Order value 
• Delivery location 
• Internal fraud risk assessment 
VEARO reserves the right to: 
• Verify certain COD orders before dispatch 
• Convert COD orders to prepaid payment 
• Cancel COD orders flagged as high-risk 
If a COD order is refused without valid reason or marked as RTO due to 
customer unavailability: 
• COD option may be disabled for future orders 
• Re-dispatch may require prepaid shipping charges 
Repeated COD refusal may result in account restrictions. 

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY FAILURE 
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at 
checkout. 
If an order is returned due to: 
• Incorrect address 
• Customer unavailability 
• Refusal to accept delivery 
Original shipping charges remain non-refundable. Re-dispatch will be 
processed only after confirmation and payment of applicable charges. 

8. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DISPATCH 
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner and dispatched from our 
warehouse, transit responsibility lies with the logistics provider. 
VEARO shall not be liable for: 
• Courier delays 
• Loss or theft during transit 
• Damage caused during shipping 
• Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner 
In case of delivery disputes, we will assist in coordinating with the courier; 
however, final resolution is subject to the courier partner’s investigation 
process. 

9. TAMPERED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES 
If you receive a visibly tampered or damaged package: 
• Do not accept the delivery if possible 
• Record a clear unboxing video 
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery 
Claims raised without proper evidence may not be accepted. 

10. FORCE MAJEURE 
VEARO shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events 
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: 
• Natural disasters 
• Government restrictions 
• Strikes or labor disruptions 
• Pandemics 
• Logistics interruptions
